Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and help develop actionable sales strategies.
- Analyze and shortlist potential client accounts that align with the company’s service portfolio.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns by creating engaging sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM software to gather market intelligence, manage leads and run outreach campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative business development ideas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and effective sales process, assisting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and the complete business development cycle.
Skills/Experience
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills, while also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
