Project Location(s): New York City
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 plus sales based commission

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating and strengthening relationships with potential clients through meetings, calls, virtual sessions, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and prioritize target accounts aligned with the company’s technology services and consulting solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of robust business development plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Strategically schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients; ensure regular follow-ups, perform due diligence, and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Attend and represent the company at technology conferences, industry summits, and networking events to build connections, promote company expertise/services, and stay current with industry advancements and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and service delivery—to deliver seamless solutions and outstanding client experiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing best practices and supporting the overall success of the business development team.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, complemented by a creative and innovative mindset to solve challenges and seize growth opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, ensuring efficient prioritization of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player, eager to contribute and support cross-functional efforts to achieve shared business objectives.
